Position: Maintenance Coordinator
Monthly Salary: AED 4,000
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Contract Period: 5 months (extendable)
Job Location: Dubai
Visa Status: Must have own visa
Availability: Immediate joining

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of fleet vehicles.
  • Monitor repair progress and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service centers.
  • Track maintenance costs, approvals, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in automotive maintenance coordination or fleet services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
