Our client, a leading events and venue organization in Dubai, is looking for a Resource Planner. The role involves planning event-based housekeeping manpower, preparing event-wise workforce forecasts, reviewing historical manpower trends, analysing venue requirements, coordinating deployment plans and supporting budget and workforce optimization.
Manpower planning, workforce forecasting, data analysis, reporting, operational coordination and advanced MS Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field. Exposure to budget planning and forecasting tools.
