Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Investment Associate to support investment analysis, portfolio management, financial modelling, and transaction execution in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis, investment evaluations, and valuation modelling.
Perform market research and financial and commercial due diligence.
Monitor investment portfolio performance and identify potential investment opportunities.
Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and management presentations.
Support acquisitions, divestments, and other investment transactions.
Analyse financial statements and assess investment risks and returns.
Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, and financial stakeholders.
Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support investment decisions.
