Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the events and venue management sector, is seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist to support and enhance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and support enterprise applications, including Momentus or similar event management systems.
  • Manage application customization, system integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Gather business requirements and implement technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and monitor system performance.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support API integrations and maintain data accuracy.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Prepare system documentation and provide end-user support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Enterprise Application Support, Momentus, Event Management Systems, REST/SOAP APIs, System Integration, SQL, Power BI, Workflow Automation, Application Troubleshooting, SIT, UAT, SDLC, Stakeholder Management, Technical Documentation.

 

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.

3–5 years of experience in enterprise application support or implementation. At least 2 years of experience with Momentus or similar event/venue management systems is preferred.
