Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the events and venue services sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (UI/UX) to support digital product development and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create UI/UX designs using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Develop business process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or equivalent software.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze user feedback and digital performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support solution testing, validation, and implementation.
  • Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

Business Analysis, UI/UX Design, Requirements Gathering, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Justinmind, Wireframing, Prototyping, Microsoft Visio, User Stories, Business Process Mapping, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, Agile, Waterfall, Stakeholder Management.

 

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Minimum 8 years of experience in UI/UX business analysis and digital product development, including requirements gathering, prototyping, and stakeholder coordination.
