Job Description

Our client is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist for a one-month consultancy to develop digital tools for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Technical Compliance.

Build an initial Management of Change (MOC) system covering requests and approvals, risk and impact assessments, action tracking, automated reminders, closure and reporting.
Develop an Inspection and Certification Tracker prototype covering third-party inspections, findings, corrective actions and certificate expiries. Include alerts for upcoming expiries and overdue actions, plus a status dashboard.
Build or demonstrate an HSE AI agent that searches approved documents, retrieves MOC and inspection status, flags outstanding actions and upcoming expiries, and generates summaries and reports.
Prioritise further digitalisation opportunities across audits, permits to work, risk assessments, incident management, training records, compliance registers, contractor management, document control and performance reporting. Assess integrations with a learning management system, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Deliver technical documentation, hand over the tools to the client team and provide a roadmap for further HSE digitalisation.

AI agent development, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power BI, Microsoft 365 integration, workflow automation and dashboard development.

Education Qualification

No degree specified. A relevant Microsoft certification is requested, such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Power Platform Developer Associate.
