Job Description

The service desk would act as a single point of contact for the end user and deliver the following services: 

Logging

Log all incoming IT service calls ( information inquiries, incidennts and service requests, follow ups, complaints) by opening a ticket in the service desk tool and identifyig authorized users and requests.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous minimum 1 year experience in an IT service call center required. 

 

Education Qualification

Bachelors Degree in IT preferred.
