For our client a large local organization based in Abu Dhabi:
We are looking for a Soft Services Supervisor ( 6 months extendable) This is a key role and will have a significant impact on the image and reputation of the company. The role will cover Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Concierge and any other non-technical activities delivered as part of the service offering. The role is potentially highly mobile and requires a car and driving license.
Subordinates: Cleaners, Security Staff and Concierge Staff, be they directly employed or via a specialist provider.
Principle Accountabilities:
Supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources including sub-contractors and their staff.
Salary AED 5000/- to 7000/- plus all UAE benefits- depending on the experience.
