Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all MEP-BMS related works on site as per approved Master schedule plan. ? Participate in the weekly and monthly meetings with the Consultant and Project Manager. ? Responsible for the handing over off all asset available on the facility at the start of project. ? Responsible for the testing and commissioning of new installed equipment in facility. ? Managing a Team of supervisors, Foremen and technicians to perform all necessary corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on a site consisting of below buildings. ? Married junior staffs Housing (MJSH) contains 46 buildings have 1036 Apartments. ? Total Colleges: 06 ? Total Villas.: 400 ? Total Mosque: 03 ? Boy’s & Girl’s kindergarten schools. ? Male & Female Faculty Sports recreation center. ? Following work orders issued through Maximo (IBM) CMMS. ? Assign the resources such as manpower, and provide materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all related works prior to close the issued work order. ? Prepare incidents reports and coordinate with the QHSE department in case of incidents on the site. ? Coordinate with the procurement department for the supply of spare parts and tools against approved work order. ? Performing preventive maintenance task as per the SOW and all international standards. ? Responsible for making site reports, for corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance. ? Responsible to supervise all Preventive and corrective maintenance related to HWST,DDC Panels, VFD’s, ,VAV’s ,HVAC System such as AHU, HRAHU, Ducts, FCUs Split units, Windows units, Pumps, and Motors. ? Responsible to operate the Andover Continuum by Schneider Electric, and Envision for Backtalk by Honeywell BMS. ? Responsible for adjusting the cooling/heating of HVAC system through BMS. ? Scheduling of equipment with standby and duty hours of the buildings, to optimize the energy consumption. ? Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
